Prayer for my Grandpa

My Grandfather's health has been in the dumps lately.
he is almost 80 and has been working none stop since he was 16, quite literally none stop.
when he was in his late 40's early 50's they gave him an Angioplasty and then open heart surgery.
For the past 6 days he has had Chest pains all day, and waking up threw out the night with them.
He is very stubborn about going to the hospital, but Even he is now saying that he is going to need to go if this doesn't stop.

He is not saved. he Believes in God, but I don't believe that he is saved. and I truly believe that he is nearing the end of the road. Not once threw my whole life have I ever seen him look the way he does now, and it's a scary thing to see someone on the verge of death when all your life he has been like superman.

Update:
We took my Grandpa to the walk in clinic, and they took him to the hospital.
After they were done with test and blood test and x-rays they found out that one side of his heart is Beating scary fast, and so they have him in the ER right now.
They usually give a "Shock treatment" to get the heart to slow down, but given his status right now they are doing it by meds, but they said it is very risky and at anytime the Blood in his heart can Blood-Clot and cause a stroke.
They are keeping him in the hospital till about Monday and then go from there.

Update
So some good news! The Hospital called today and said everything is looking on the up and up, and his Heart is starting to go down and looks like it is flipping back to a normal HR.
So they called for us to come pick him up and for 6 weeks he can't do any work (Don't know why at 77 Yearsold he would anyway) but every week he has to go in for a blood test.
