Come one, come all... Join us for Intercessory Worship: Wednesday Nights from 6-7ish pm (pst)

What is Intercessory Worship?

1) We have a few select worship compilations and we start them at the same time.

2) Initially when we start worship, our first goal is to lay all our personal problems and burdens at the altar.

3) With our prayer forum open, we ask the Lord to give us a heart to pray and for Him to move each of us on what He wants us to pray over. It may be something posted and it may not... that's okay, just pray WHATEVER God has put on YOUR heart to pray.

4) As the Lord leads, we just pray obey and pray them out loud.

5) When you hear someone else start to pray, just turn the music down a little and come into agreement with whatever God has put on their heart to pray.

6) Turn the music back up and continue to worship and repeat steps 3-5.

Before I left for church last night I looked at the Ventrilo status page to see how the attendance was for prayer night. Giving God a big "Praise" for encouraging all those people to show up last night. I know it was a great time.

Yes, it was an amazing time of prayer. We have been doing something new called Intercessory Worship, where we enter into worship together and just ask God to give us a burden to pray on specific areas, and just wait on Him to move us. We've been just letting go of doing things in "an orderly way" and just seeking Him and getting out of the way so that He can be The Head that leads us, His body. I'm ecstatic about what God is doing amongst us these days!!! Praise God!!!

lillersmom... A Friend Mychole

All,

I am requesting for you aid in prayer for Mychole, one of the students that works at our company. He is a junior in high school and works for us a day or two a week during his schooling program at the Cristo Regy Jesuit High School. Today we received the following email from the Campus Chaplain:

Mychole Pwas taken to the hospital last night after complaining of a sore throat and severe cough. It was discovered that he had a torn esophagus and that air was escaping into his body cavity.

His grandmother was very distraught when she called the school, so details are thin at this point. It is a rare occurrence, but one in which he may need to be hospitalized for the rest of this week.

More details will be passed along as soon as we know them, but for now, please keep Mychole, his grandmother, and his doctors in your prayers.

Brothers and Sisters please keep Mychole in your prayers for a healthy recovery.

A friend of mine, Dewey M. He's the owner of the company I work for in the summer, but with the economy and it being winter he hasn't been able to sell any jobs. There being forclosed on. There a family of converted to Christ gypsies, I'm so glad they found Christ. I've been helping them pack up the last 2 days, it hurts. "Faith can move mountains".

Good day everybody, Last night was also a great day. My wife, Joyce, and I have home schooled 3 of our children through Seton home school. A church a neighber attends found out we home school. They offerd us a classroom and students to teach C.E.R.N. homeschool through there church. It's a diploma, not a GED. That's great! I never thought I'd be teaching in a church to better our brethern in christ. I pray we serve GOD well.

My sister - Esther (my older sister in college) - has been dating this guy for 3.5 years (known him for 5) or so...
long story short, they just broke up today. so far, she seems to be doing okay, but i'm not sure this is entirely the case. so if you could pray for her... it would mean allot.

I found out yesterday that one of my best friends is moving to North Carolina tomorrow (he only found out a few days before that). He has to go now so that he can start this semester down there at Community college and finish off the year. This means that he has to go by himself with no family (he's my age - 17).

I have a friend who is like a mother/grandmother to me and her heart is hurting very much right now.
She has a 11 year old grandson who got himself involved with some bad friends, and they are doing hurtful things. His name is Cody... he was hospitalized because he took too many or too much of a drug. (he doesn't know what he took....)
A few months ago his mother brought him to court and got a court order to put him in a lock down facility. I am not sure how long he has been out of lock down but I am pretty sure it hasn't been long.

The thing that is really hurting my heart is that he is only 11... still a baby in my eyes, and he is being introduced to these awful things already. What is next?? Will he be shot in a gang fight?? I know I am probably rambling, but I am extremely worried about this child.

Thank you for showing me what it means to be, and feels blessed. I do know that I have ignored you for all these years, even when I was attending church with my wife. I am sorry for this and pray for forgiveness. I know you have brought me here to ISI to show me the path and I am grateful for that. I also pray for forgiveness for those I have offended through my ignorance. I await the next step knowing that you will guide me now.

We found a house that meets all of our "wants" and we are starting to get serious about moving forward. my wife and I request prayer that, as with every decision big and small our lives, we follow God's lead. this affects the neighbors with whom we will build relationships, management of God's resource with this financial commitment, and the schools which my daughter would attend. We are putting in an offer tomorrow (Wednesday). Please pray that God will clearly open OR close doors.

Over the past few weeks we've been having a National Guard Recruiter come over our house...

He visited a few days ago and told me about his three year old daughter being sick. She's been bleeding from her stools. They thought it may be e.coli, but she tested negative. They're still not sure what it is, but it's apparently bad enough that her blood cell count is low because of the amount of blood she's passing.

I was hoping to find out her name before posting, but I haven't been able to... but God knows her name! So please join me in letting our Father hear our petitions about her from all over the globe!

My mother told me he has a staph infection MSRA (resistant to antibiotics) which can be fatal. Hes hanging in there but he is very debilitated.

Please pray for his recovery.

She cant even stand up without falling o the ground or someone helping her. So we are taking her to the vets Monday to see if she is okay and what is wrong. Will you guys please pray for my dog?

She has been diagnosed with a brain tumor just a little while ago and I just found out today that she is in the hospital right now. Apparently she is having a great deal of trouble talking and moving right now so they are worried she has had a stroke. The tumor can be operated on but will most likely be terminal in the foreseeable future.

Carrie and her family - Her body is rejecting the kidney. Please pray that the doctors find a way to solve the issue and that she'll be well enough to leave the hospital soon.
